Welcome to the Majestic Bay Theatres Photo Gallery!

Our main screen has a classic waterfall curtain.

This is the largest waterfall curtain made in Seattle since the early 1970s.

We do not show any ads onscreen before the show, only movie coming attractions.

This curtain will fall and rise to note the end of the coming attractions and the start of the feature presentation, just like did long ago.

They don’t make marquees like this anymore.

Metro busses are a convenient way to go to the movies.

We are right in the heart of Ballard where cupcakes, pasta, coffee, and sushi are a few steps away. Try the owners’ favorite restaurant: The Hi-Life.

Our concession stand is well stocked with fresh hot popcorn and a variety of snacks.

Yummy treats for every taste.

Our popcorn is popped fresh, and you can be assured that we only serve real butter.

We proudly serve the Pepsi family of products, including Aquafina and Dole fruit juices.

Throughout the theater, you will notice a nautical theme, a tradition in many movie palaces in the Pacific Northwest in the 20th century.

Fused glass jelly fish fixtures can be seen in our upper and lower lobbies; watch them as they change color!

Throughout the building, you will notice custom glass artwork all done by local artists.

The restroom icons feature likeness of the owners’ parents, Joan and Morrie Alhadeff.

We pride ourselves in providing our female patrons with eight ladies restroom stalls.

One of the Parade of Pigs statues seen throughout Seattle celebrating the centennial of the Pike Place Market was in front of the Majestic Bay.

From the third floor, one is able to enjoy a view of the marquee neon and the neighborhood.

Look for our neon sign on your right as you are heading west on Market Street.

The hallway on the third floor showcases our annual top-grossing films and community events.

The Majestic Bay is home to one of the steerage benches used on the set of “Titanic,” which was refurbished after being underwater on the set for many months.
